What we’re eating 4/25-4/29

Whoa, where do the weekends go? I can hardly believe that it’s Sunday night already!

Here’s what’s on tap for this coming week:

4/25 – Chili and salad (Lettuce is still too tough for Andy, so it looks like I’m the only one eating my veggies here.)
4/26 – Breakfast for dinner! Scrambled eggs for Andy, and an egg sandwich for me. Plus, some fruit on the side.
4/27 – Tortellini soup (provided I get to the grocery store to buy said tortellini.)
4/28 – Risotto with chicken and onions (here’s my new recipe for the week!)
4/29 – Pizza!
