Here’s what’s on tap for this week:
1/23 – Apricot chicken pasta, broccoli (Seriously one of our favorite meals. It doesn’t matter how much I make; we never have leftovers. 😦 )
1/24 – Roasted salmon with white wine sauce, baked spinach (New recipes for the week!)
1/25 – Homemade pizza
1/26 – Out for Andy’s birthday! He requested Chipotle!
1/27 – Burgers, roasted cauliflower and sweet potatoes, with monkey bread for dessert (Andy requests monkey bread instead of birthday cake every year, so we’ll kick off the weekend with it.)
This week, I’m super pumped for Saturday. We’re going to check out a demonstration kitchen in Kohler, and this Saturday’s topic is pizza. From what I understand, we’ll get to watch chefs in action and then sample the creations. How fun!
